HDR
HDR photography is when three photos of the same scene are taken at three different shutter speeds. The photo turns out bright, medium, and dark depending on the amount of light that went through the lens. A software procedure then combines the photos to bring details to both the shadows and highlights.
This photo really impresses me because I love all of the rich colors captured. These colors also go with the emotions brought to me when looking at the actual content of the picture itself.

Lightroom Tutorials

Before:
I learned how to selectively color my images. I never knew how to do this in Lightroom and it made me look at my images differently. With this tool, I can emphasize or even appreciate a specific part of the image more. I feel it makes the image more interesting.

I learned how to merge several images to create a panoramic image. I now do not have to pick the best image, but merge them together to create one beautiful image. Now, this helps me appreciate my photos more because if I miss something in one photo, I can just merge it with another and not just throw the original away.

Before:
I learned how to make changes to one photo and apply the same changes to another photo. I applied the same changes to multiple images without having to start from scratch. This improved my way of looking at my own work because it gave me more patience while editing my photos. I would have gotten frustrated and not even given the second photo a chance because I would not have the patience to make all the same edits for a second time. Now that there is an easier way to make the same edits, I appreciate each photo more.
